3) We design it and give you an itemized price list and payment terms.
4) Once we determine the scope of the work to be completed, we select local pre-qualified contractors to meet the budgetary requirements and timelines.
5) Final stage before work commencement is a mandatory meeting between the homeowner, designer, and each contractor for introduction purposes and to follow up on timeline goals.
6) Work begins and each step is supervised by us.
